At North Carolina Oral Surgery and Orthodontics, our administrative professionals truly are the glue that keeps our offices going. They are the first voice on the phone when a patient calls and the last face they see when they leave. They call insurance providers, they handle patient questions with poise, and they are in charge of keeping our schedule going.
